Chinese Lunar New Year First Day

Helllo Blog or You [ if anyone's reading this space] , hahaz. Firstly, A Very Happpy and Prosperous and Smooth Sailing Chinese Lunar New Year To You !! =DD

Speaking of which, I am born in 1988- Dragon. But going by the Lunar Calendar, I am a Rabbit. Going by the English Calendar, I am a Dragon. So, I am a Rabbit and a Dragon. So, for both years, these are all my years LOL!

Ok...

Just wannnna wish my 1987 Batch Mates Happpy New Year and 1988 , the Dragon has revisited again~

Sounds wierd. Ok, I am wierd.

Just some updates about my CNY.

On the 20th- Friday

I had a terrible headache and slight fever and had to see a doctor for an MC to cover my night shift. Felt damn terrible ...zz

Took panadols. And took a rest during my first night duty.

When reached home, felt much better!

Then stayed up to see dad make his specialty- Ngoh Hiang =DD Hahahahz... He only make that once a year during the Chinese New Year. =DD Nice ok! And it's not those Ngoh Hiang you can find outside on the streets.

He told me that it was a "family recipe" passed down from his mama, my Grandmother =D

THen after that, I went to sleep ... and woke up and then felt reallly much much better. Or rather , I had a quick Receovery. =DD

At night around 2200 ++ hrs, went to my Elder Bro's house, together with my younger Bro, for Mahjong LOL... Played till 5am in the morning GG. Won about 50+ bugs

21st- Saturday

Woke quite early too, as the Chiense New Year has always been my Favourite. Therefore, woke early, to see what I can help out with. And I do not wish to waste time sleeeping my time off... =] And then played Mahjong .... GG. Lost alot Money haahahaha
My loses now totaled up to 100bugs ++ ... =/

But it's ok. I had lotsa Fun =DDD
Played through the night after dinner... heheheh =DDD

22nd - Sunday - Chinese Lunar New Year Eve.

Woke up around 1000 hrs to the aromas of Reunion Lunch in the kitchen./... Hahahahz =DDD
Ngoh Hiangs Fried, Abalones Cooked, Soup BOiling... Slurp Slurp!!! =PP Cereal PRawns is another specialty this year... =]

So I helped outhere and there ...

Usually people either had Reunion DINNER or steamboat... But for us, its jsut a few simple dishes. and its a lunch.
And Im quite happy about it to see the whole family gathered around the table for Lunch =DDD .....

And then the day , what's else but Mahjong LOL.

Nah, we arnt Avid Gamblers.. Just that we only get to play Mahjong once a year... hahahaz =DD

So as the clock striked 0000 hrs,

Speaking of Meeting the Dragon again, I've always like stuffs about Dragons and Rabbits... Just so coool... and wierdly, my tempers are just replicas from there.... I can be as tense and quiet as a rabbit and rowdy and noisy and rawr rawr as a dragon LOL!!!!

And now that the Dragon's here again, It's kinda scary to think that I've lived through 2 rounds of the Zodiac Cycle... and the next time the Dragon's here again, I am gonnna be 36 YEARS OLD... ZOMGGG FREAKING OLD ALREADYYYYYY T_____________T

I realised one point....
When you have a male guy friend whome you can talk to very well and all, then suddenly, he stopped communicating and talking or became too cold towards you,
there is only 1 answer or it...

He has a Girlfriend.

Girlfriend always Owns the Good Female Friend.

This is sad...

I;ve lost like countless of such Good male friends whom I used to can joke and talk super well....
I would find them to talk whenever I have problems or feeling unhappy. And talking to them jsut seem to cheer me up and make me feel better... And now...
I have no one to reallly have a heart to heart talk...

Dont tell me that I have my female counterparts to talk to.
Girls are screwed.
Once you tell them something , soon the whole world knows.
Haha.
And they are more of a Kaypo-ness then true concern for you.

Oh well. At least, i think I have found another friend to talk to.

I love the feeling of anticipating the rain before they comes, the feeling that everything stand stills and awaiting for that special moment when all breaks lose... I love the flashes of lightning as they momentarily lit up the whole sky especially at night... The thunder which I used to fear, Im beginning to like it thou not as much... But trying not to be afraid of it...

MUCH OF AN UPDATE =DD

Has been feeling down quite alot lately and totally felt that Life SUcks.

However, the Excitement of January somehow lifted my Spirits for it is my Favourite Month of the Year.

This year is special.

It marks the 2 full Cycle of the Zodiac - Dragon. I'm gonnna turn 24 this year.

Seems so old thinking of it.

Hahaz.

In fact, Im partially a Rabbit and a Dragon. Hehz, Same as my Elder bro who is partially a Dog and a Piggy =P

ANyways, I decided to remain Positive till end of January. Hopefully, my Spirits can be lifter high enough to last till end of year? Nah. I doubt so.

Anyways,

28 My Bday , I was supposedly to be doing my 2nd Nightduty. That makes me EMO Max. But I took Unrecorded LEave for CNY 24th Jan as it falls on my off day. Tata... So, I'll be going on CNY visit with my Sec Scl Pals and then Visiting my Ah Yi house =D ... Longgg time never drop by since Primary School , when I would go their house to be tutored by my uncle. Gosh , those Speed Maths QUestions COnfused me T____T ...

So , and 29th , Im meeeting my BEloved TKD Pals!! =DDD

So, I should be Happppeh YEah !??!?! HAHAHAZ....

CNY SHOPPING FOR CLOTHES........

IN THE PAST, when I was schooling, sure jio frens out for CNY clothes shopping ... hahaha but now working alreayd, my free time dosent seem to have much... and Im actually doing last minute shopping...

Combed Parkway Parade with my Mom yst [17th] and then today Tacklled City Link, Marina Square and Suntec with my Mom too... Hahaz... I dragged and psychoed her out to go shopping with me... hehz.. for she rarely goes shoppping...

The CLothes arhz.... BIG HAIZ. SOme nice ones, tooo expensive, or do not have my size... Some tooo plain, some tooo flowery, some tooo colourful... -__-
Some tooo longg .... LIKE CMI .. SIA...

So , we went to MS and Suntec today.. hahahz... THen finallly finalllly bought a Dress.. LOL... SGD 71 Bugs... -___- Usual Price was SGD 89 bugs... had a 20% discount... but stilll so pricey LOL... shalll wear till it is worth its worth... O_o

Gave Mummmy a masssage before she slept LOL... hahaha to thank her for combing the mallsl with me =DDDD

Had a Team Building thingy with my colleagues. I learnt to play the Ukelele!! hahah quite fun... Always wanted to learn the piano... but no chance.. no money.. no chance... haizz.. My biggest Regret... then was quite serious and happy when I got to learn to play the Ukelele .. hehz...

After that, I played Laser Tag too !! It was DAMNN FUN.... We were all split into teams and then we were hiding behind the trees... THe range is 60M long.. and then we were to kill each other.. We will die after being shot 7 times .. etc....

I was A PROOO !! HAHAHAHAHA..... I never die once at all!! And they said I was the first person to use finish all the AMMMOs!!! LOLOOL... ANd I KILLLED ALOT PPPL SIAA hahahahaz
There's this round which 1 person has 20 lives...
So I was hiding behind the tree, I saw through the spyglass thingy.. and aimed at 2 girls [my enemy] ... I shot them... and then my RIfle has the " GOod SHot" sounding...
Then They stupid dun want hide again... SO I BEGAN SHOOOTINGG THEM 20 TIMES EACH PERSON LOLOLO... THEN BOTH DIEDD!!! HAHAHAHAHAH The "GOOOD SHOT GOOOD SHOT" just keeeps spammming loudly...

My teammate beside me said Im a Sniper LOLOL SHARPSHOOOTER HAHAHAH!!!!!

This is the First post to kick off my blog for 2012! [Pst, for a moment I typed the year as 2011] =.=
Actually, the first post was the one which I updated for the last few events of 2011 Dec.

Firstly,

I just found out that Life reallly sucks and haiz my Life is so dry, boring, unadventurous,.... =/ Felt NOT ALIVE AT ALL>..

So in this year, I WANT TO FEEL MORE ALIVE.... More Lively, More ADventures in Life... Rest and Relax whenever I can...

Few yrs back when I fractured my wrist [ downpoint of my life.. damnit.. ] I realised that I took life at too fast a pace.. so I decided to SLow down my Pace of taking Life.

Then Now, I realised that the PACE IS TOOOO SLOWWW till I don't feeel alive at all.. .omg...

Fine. so now i shall ZOOM ZOOM PACE UP MY LIFE FAST FAST !! ADRENALINE RUSH AHAHAHAH ....

Was at HQ to attend course today.... Then met up with Shi Ying for Lunch =D

During course when it gets real boring, I began doodling on the servette which I took during tea break... -_- and my partner who sat beside me askd me to draw on the paper name tag too ... so i did ... hahaz

Then after the 2nd tea break, I returned. My partner then told me this that the lecturer took away her name tag. I was shock.. i thought was not supposed to doodle on it and im in trouble =O ... then she said that he took away the servette too!!! GG sia.. He said he want show HR somethig -__-

Ok after course, I headed down to Dhoby Ghaut to meet Mandy and Syahirah =DD hahaz Had dinner at Manhatten fish market.. WE shared the Seafood Platter which was meant for 2 pax... hahaz just nice for 3 pax.. w even ordered a small spagetti which tastes qutie nice - Chilli Crab olio ... and then also eat dessert - Brownie!!

Saturday Day

Had a fulfilling day.

Woke at about 0900 to go to my brother's house which we then headed down to IKEA Tampines to collect 400 Hotdog Buns!! LOL ... Cause it's for ACS Carnival! =]

I did not know that IKEA had so many interesting and colourful things... and sell so muchhhh fooods =OOO ....

Then reached ACS at around 1100 hrs... for the carvival..

I like carnival, the last carnival I remembered was during my Primary School days, where the students would set up stalls to sell foods hahaha!! How Rowdy How noisy sia.. hahahaz Coool .... ACS' carnival was a very big scale one...Had both the Primary and Secondary students involved too !! Hahaz... And ACS is a school for the rich tsk.... the houses nearby were like so pretty and bigggggggg!!!!!!!!

There's even this house which looks like a castle lar!! WoW!

Hmmm my bro passed me and my mum a total of $96 worth in vouchers =.= and we spent all on food hahahahaZ! The carnival had various hotels and even Cold Stone Creamery involved too!!! Bought 2 cups of Cold Stone home, which by the time I reached home, it was stilll very frozen LOL....

Supposed to report for duty at 1500 hrs , but took a time off of 2 hrs so had more time for walking around the carnival... fun .... reminds me of childhood times =DD hehehez

Baby Shower and Outing with TkD Peers

Went to Civil Service Club at Tessenhon Road for my Cousin 's 3rd CHild Baby Shower!! So pretty the girl =D Hehe , her hands and feet are allll so tiny and soft and tenderrr!!!! So adorable la!!

Hehe after baby shower then went home and changed and went out to meet my TKD peers for dinner and boardgaming at Play Nation at Scape!!

Met up with Hafiq, Moh SIng, Edward, Xiting, Priscilla, Syahirah, Shi Ying and Jing Hua!

Sorry guys for being late, was caught in the rain zz my whole jacket kena drenched like just came out of the washing -__- ....

Settled for dinner at SOmerset 313 Fish.
Again, Edward and his hair made the day LOLOL.... When Priscilla arrived and was sitting beside him, kecik was saying about Edward... the Priscillla asked or rather exclaimed "WHAT EDWARD?!?!? " hahahahahahah .... SHE DIDnt knwo she was sitting beside EDWARD !!! hahaha Edawrd and his Epic Hair Episode =O

Ok then dined at 313 Somerset while waitin for the others to arrive... =] Then head to Playnation.. was supposed to be the buy 2 get 2 hrs free package at $12.90 ... but in the end we changed to the hourly rate package at $3.50 per hrs... as we arrived late and not everyone can play till so late =]

We play Taboo... LOL -__________- It was like a Charades game..

- There are 4 types :
Type 1 - Red : you use words to describe the clues
Type 2 - Orange : You describe the clue in 15 Words
Type 3 - Yellow : You draw out the clues
Type 4 - Blue : You use the toy- BOB to pose the action of the clues

. Damn funnny and retarded and simply laughed alot sia .... haahahah we were superrr nosiyyy!!!! LOLX...

WE splited up into 3 teams, Mohsing, shiying and jinghua 1 team, me xiting and hafiq team B and kecik, pris and edward team C ...

There was this once when it was mohsing's turn to describe the clues to his team... super funny.... He dunnoe how to describe then he keep skip and skip and skip then he said "FUck it , skip! " LOL we practically laughed at that la hahahahz .... tsk so vulgar =X .. THen there was another time when he had to describe CHevron ... he immediately grabbed hafiq's bag and pointed at the Chevron Pin he had ... -___- Like a crazyyyy mann laaaa.... He immediate saw the card and then grab the bag liaoz... like fast swift movement ... tsk... all just keep laughing lorr!!

Met up with my fellow TPJC girlfriends - Sarah and Aqilah =] at Somerset , where we headed first down to H&M [pst. first time there lol! ] and then Forever 21 for some shopping.

Afterwhich, we headed to Plaza Singapura for dinner at Secret Recipe - been quite a long time since I ate there... hahaz

Seafood Paradise & LION KING THE MUSICAL !!

After duty at 1500 hrs, reached home , bathed , changed and out with my family heading down to the Promenade at 1700 hrs to dine at Seafood Paradise at the Singapore Flyer... =]
Nice Food... Never took much photos cause everyone's at the food immediately hahahz !! Spent bout $300 =O ....

Then head down to Marina Bay Sands for The Lion King , the Musical !! =DD
Me, my younger bro and my mum watched the show...
It was AWESOMMEEE!!!

I LOVE THE CAST, THE MUSIC, THE PERFORMANCE, AND THE PROPS WERE ALLL SO PRETTY AND BEAUTIFUL!!!!

Swimming!

Went for a swim ! First time swimming in the Afternoon due to the rain in the morning..
Hahaz, been a long time since I last went swimming with my buddy Manfy , oops i mean mandy =P

Hahaz, there's only like 4-5 inclusive of me in the Swimming pool.. Had a nice swim =] I like the feeling of being in the waters =] So relaxing, so peaceful, void of all thoughts, just swim and swim and swim on..

No Sun... =/ I only turned like 1 shade tanner.. I wanna be tanner!! I dont wnt be a pale ghost hahahahz =X And I think guys all the more should be tann-ed!! Seeing the complexions of the male swimmers, its really a nice tan color =X

After swimming, walked to the Bedok Central.. Just entered and left Bedok point within 5 mins, I doubt there's anythng to walk about...
Then I headed to ShengSHiong to find some tidbits for purchase =] Hhaaz..

After which , visited the pasar malam at Bedok there... Woah, so many thigns since I last did.. hahaz

Had a satisfying and ncie day to myself =]

If all's went well, might be able to swim next wed again and perhaps meeting up with the women Sarah Lua and Aqilah! hahahaz =DD

Hokkien Dialect

Mum was watching this Hokkien TV Taiwanese drama every night at 2000 hrs... Quite interesting la...

From the show, I realised that my dialect knowledge is really very superficial.. Hahaz.... Just a tip off the iceburg!! All the basics I know was those which I conversed with my parents sometimes and some elderly people on the street... The real basics hahahaz!! Im awed at the fluency of the way the actistes spoke!! Like WOW! hahahaz

Diet Regime - health Conscious

I had vegetarian food for lunch today! Hahaz... I decided that , for every Lunch , I shall have vegetarian food , real veg food bought from the Vegetarian Stall ! =] Trying to be slightly more health conscious and also to well, afrain from meat... hehe.... TOfu! I like eating TOFU! =DDD

On top of that, I was deciding to go swim at least 2-3 times a week during my "FReedom " Days.. hahahaz !!

Smurfs Movie

Konbanwa. After like a month's planning or setting of the decision to watch w those peeps, I finally watched the SMurfs Movie with the TKD peeps hahaz. =]

Gosh, the planning logistics was a b1+ch zz.... Difficult to accommodate with everyone's timings and schedules. Some cant confirm if they are free, others confirmed but backed out last minute.
Hahaz. The number of sms I have sent out in total could have totaled up to 200 =.=

Anyways, The following met for the Smurfs Movie... ! Yay, Love you all Lotsa [ or rather, I SMURF ALL OF YOU , in smurfs language] for turning up , watching my FAVOURITE SMURFS movie!!! <3

So we met at 1345 hrs at CIne for 1435 hrs movie. Haha speaking of which, I when I sent out the confirmation SMS, I accidentally keyed in 1545 hrs LOL =.= When I was keying it, I had in mind the number 13 for 13 hrs but in the end, my other half of my brain processed it as 3 pm so in the end, I keyed 1545 hrs =.= ....

Yeah, reaction was that all replied me with Why the timing's wrong... >;( !! Boo!

Oh yea, I never expect that after being on the screens for such a long time, Smurfs are still expecting Full HOuse at Cineleisure! We ended up with seats 2nd row from the front, Hall 8, oh well.. quite all right I guess .... But I prefer to be at the back row - Duh right. hahahaz

- They are so chubby looking and adorable!
- I love their caps and shoes , like so real-like, with some tinches of black shades to indicate dirt here and there
- Their lill feet looks so Sqeeza-ble!! LOLOL!!!
- THeir eyes aree sooo blueeeeeee , lik omg so pretttty!!!
- Their ears seems to be so ticklish hahahahz
- I like e part when they asked Patrick what search engine he was using, n when he replied "Google", it was met with a combined reply of " Ooooooooo GOOOOOOGLEEEEEE" !!!!! hahahahahahahaa !!! Super funny... To humans, googlee is a normal thing , but to Smurfs !! Its Unique!! lol .. =O
- Another part cute was when Patrick was talking to Papa Smurf, Papa SMurf Said : Come , sit on papa's lap! hhahaz, which is impossible laa!! And when papa said, must do things from "here" and pointed at PAtrick's chest which was meant to be heart, Patrick said "My Spleeen?" =X
- Like it Like it!! ^______^

- I guess if I was the one who encountered the Smurfs, I'd tickle their ears, peered into their eyes, rub their noses, poke their tummies, squeeze their lill feet n pull their small tail!!!! HAHAHAHAHZ!!!!! Oh man,.... Im soooo jealousssss =(

Anyways, the Credits are cute lehz! Got lill Smurfs Pics here and there!!!! First time I saw Credits have lill pics beside the names and all =]

UNIQUE!!!

Haiz, wanted to watch finish all the credits n the Smurfs Pics de, but then MohSing and Hafiq they both wanna left already, so we just leave lor.. haiz =( ... Sianz ... zzzz

Then along the corridor of the cinema out to the open, I asked MohSing: Smurfs cute hor? His reply very qian bian... *Shook Head* , : "Stupid Show" ...... urghz... then i asked Hafiq same qn, also qian bian ans... zzzz

After the trip to the washroom, all was deciding what to do.. then I was thinking of playing something perhaps arcade or pool or wat, but then never said it.. as I feel that the others wouldnt want it... that time , I really sian 3/4 already... zz

In the end , headed to PAragon Coffee Bean, which at first I wanted Starbugs hahaz. But its ok.

AFter movie, we went to the PARAGON Coffee BEan to have coffee ... while waiting for the rest to contact me [ which at that time, I still thought they are turning up ... but sadly all PS! But cant blame, everyone's busy ]

WHile on the way, I saw a mini cooper's side view mirror painted with a Union JACk ... This the 2nd Mini COoper I saw with painted Union Jack, hahaa the first was my poly's fren Trish's car.. =]

Mini Cooper so cute hahaha one of the few cars which I like,
- Subara
- Convertibles [ which seems impossible to ride in one unless I got supa rich! hahahahzx]
- Mini Cooper! [ name and car both also cute, haha got GIANT cooper de not ? ]

Yeap.

Slacked at Coffee Bean, and waiting for Edward the only person who can turn up to turn up.
Talked with the rest of the peeps , catch up on what they are doing and future study plans or anything of such. And talking about our jobs and such. After a while, MohSing went to fetch Edward who cant find his way to the Coffee bean while the rest of us just played some cards...

That was when, Suddenly, There's this wierd guy tried to sit down at where MohSing was seated.. we all were looking at him and wondering who he was, and lagged for few seconds before realising that he was Edward. HAHAHHAZ!!!

HE REALLLY CHANGEDD LOTSSS LA!!

- In the past, He had like super long and untidy and bushy hair
- Now, he was fitter, and looks fresher, and his hair is LIKE FINALLLY NEATER AND SHORTER AND NOT SO CURLY !! HAHAHAH HAfiq joked that He go rebonded his hair ! LOLOL....
- But srsly, he reallly looked much much far far better LOL...

After he arrived, we headed down to Domino's Pizza for dinner... partly cos its halal =]
Same thing, talked, joked, catch up, talked, joked....

Then after dinner, head down to ION Orchard as Mohsing wanted to buy his Crumpler Bag from there.....

Hmmm, nowadays the Crumpler Sling Bags like not very nice... tsk... I prefer my old Western Lawn and Complete Seed =DDD Yeaps, I got 2!

There are a few types of competitors for such sling bags,
- Manhattan Portage,
- TImBuk

But still, CRUMPLER FTW!!!!!!!!!!! HAHAHAHAHHAZ!!!

After that, went home.

Haiz, Frankly speaking, I was expecting more for the Outing for Ive like asked so many people berforehand, and all said would come and yet in the end PS-ed!! Urghz, totally Sian Half already.... But ok, la, I understand that everyone's very busy with work, studies and work n studies.. hahaz hmmz.. its ok... Hopefully next tme round , can meet more ppl... And was expecting more play n fun out of it... I dont know, dosent have much feeling of satisfaction of a good outing. .. perhaps everyone's too quiet and dosent really know what to say.... I guessd that everyone must be feeling damn bored on Sunday. zzz

Shi Ying, You are too quiet =P Hahaz, next time we meet must talk more, and dont worry got the talkative KAt to prompt u to speak LOL!!

That's the Last of the Free Weekends Which I can like go out and have fun. The NExt FREE WEekends would be in 5 weeks time. Hopefully, I can plan another gathering with the TKD Peeps, hahahz !!

Dota

First time dota till so pissed off, and not at the game , not even at the epic lag, but instead at what and how a friend has told me.

When I reached home and after washing up, wanted to play dota. PM-ed mohsing but no reply.. standard lar... Then somehow joined this game which concidence-ly he too was inside; it turned out that the game host was his fren....

I joined as Scrouge Team then went Sentinel team.. mohsing keep say I shld be at Scrouge , he want pawn me ... zzz -__- Such fren. [ no, im not pissed off at this]

If it were Cyan and MK's game, they sure let me same team... Abyways , I was in the same team as ms .

Bad news before start of game was that host said my Ping hit 300+ ... zzz Damn. Haiz. I tunneled him , ping hit 100+ too, and found only 1 or 2 channels only.

So the game started and then so does the lag begins. Fraeking freaking frustrating n irritating horribly epic lag... zzz

All was well untill the lag becomes more frequent and longer...

MS then told me to leave game, which i at first was considering but thought perhaps, the lag could improve. Sadly no.

But amazingly I still manage to kill 1 person by meself....

Lag again. This time longer ... zzz

MS then asked me to leave game again which I left after the lag passed. What Im irritated and concerned with was not over the Lag Issue.

What Im super pissed, angry and yea angry was that :

mohsing actually told me off to leave the game by saying these 2 lines:

" F. U" < Spelt in full too

" ____ Leave la"

The ____ was represented by my IGN.

That was what made me utterly disappointed and pissed with, esp when he was a friend. If Public gamers, I dont give a damn. But as a friend! He told me off in such a way.... And that really changed my impression of him as a friend.

Fine, if it was due to the lag, that he n his frens were irritated with me, I understand. And In fact, I dont mind leaving the game at all. I can apologise for the lagness and delays I caused to the gamers.

I guessed, I will not forget and forgive this incident w/o an Apology.

Just so pissed with it. Call me petty or anything.

For I rmbed that Cyan once told me "What's in game, stays in game" ... I dont doubt that, for I've learnt that What's in Game, Stays in Game.

However, I wont take it in stride when ms told me off using "F. U" ...

He, could have asked me to leave the game in a better manner.

And I hated it when people talk to me using the word "la" ... its sounded as if they are irritated to talk to u.

Get it? Its not a proper word to use in communications, unless they want a stop to it.

Haiz.

I wont be even expecting any apologies at all as it is impossible that he would even be reading this in the first place... ; and I wont confront him about it. He knew what he has said. Even if he did saw this, he's not the type who would apologise.
